The location in a very lively area was amazing and particularly good. Just 5 minutes on foot to Tottenham Court Road underground, was a big plus. The rooms were both fashionable, good-sized, complete with a separated loo, comfy bed and a shower.

Stuart

Had a really nice stay in a hotel. the room was great-sized with a spectacular bathroom. - Extras like a minibar, central heating, and an iron were appreciated. - the location was excellent and good, right in the heart of town. - Westminster Borough district was worth exploring.

The hotel is ideal for excursions in London (the famous sights can be reached quickly on foot). The staff is friendly and the hotel bed is a real hit - I have seldom slept so well and deeply out of town.
The comfort in the room is quite modest (especially if you take the price of the rooms into account). There is no shower (only accessible via a rather high bathtub - watch out for the danger of falling when getting out, especially not recommended for older people). There is no "hair dryer" in the room - but an ironing board? The rooms are also rather small and dark, just "very British". The stairs to the room itself from the reception are almost "overhanging", quite steep. You have to look and concentrate. The staff is friendly as mentioned above, but not every wish will be fulfilled as advertised in the offer. For example, we wanted that we were reserved a table (we do speak English, but not top) in the Royal Albert Hall - but we had to do this ourselves. There is surely still potential in the customer friendliness and in the extension of the room standard.

Hazlitt's is a charming and delightful boutique hotel (3 old Victorian houses) in the heart of Soho and the theatre district. The service was excellent, the room and lounges were very comfortable, the best jazz club in London is just down the Street and there are great restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay there again.
